First publicly traded premier international mixed martial arts company, Xtreme Fighting Championships Inc (OTCMKTS:EEGI), and company specializing in sports production and distribution, Eline Entertainment Group, Inc on February 15, 2022, announced the launch of Xtreme Fighting Championships Latin America, Inc.
The newly launched firm would be led by EEGI management team, which has filed for renaming Xtreme Fighting Championships Latin America, Inc. EEGI will change ticker to “XFCL” if approved. Additionally, a 2022-2023 fight schedule would be announced in the coming weeks focusing on Mexico.
XFC is currently ranked first in. MMA broadcast distribution reaches over 780 million households globally. The company’s owned and operated OTT platform “XFCTV Fightworld” averages 220,000 viewers daily. Additionally, XFC partners with 36 broadcasters globally including HBOMAX and the FOX family of networks in the United States.
Previously, XFC had been on some of the biggest open television broadcasters in Latin America such as Rede TV! as well as ESPN, NBC Sports Network, Telemundo Universo, EsportesInterativo, Terra TV. Having more than 83 exclusively signed fighters, they represent over 35 countries globally.
Eline Entertainment Group is looking at expanding the corporate team and offerings to grow through targeted companies. The firm will be covering a variety of media outlets ranging from live broadcasts, movies, PPV events, closed-circuit simulcasts as well as streaming content.
