It announced yesterday that the planned transfer of its share of the capital stock in exchange for Life Electric Vehicles Inc capita stock was going to move forward in accordance with the provisions of the amended Share Exchange Agreement. The shares which are going to be exchanged by shareholders of Life Electric Vehicles Inc would make up as much as 40% of Life Electric Vehicles Holdings Inc.

As a consequence of this share exchange move Life Electric Vehicles Inc would become a subsidiary of Life Electric Vehicles Holdings, in which the latter would have a 40% ownership. However, on the other hand, the shareholders of Life Electric Vehicles Inc would still own shares which would represent in excess of 90% of the voting power in Life Electric Vehicles Holdings.
