Chino Commercial Bancorp (OTCMKTS:CCBC) Stock In Focus After 20% Stock Dividend

There were a number of companies that were in the news on Monday and one of those was Chino Commercial Bancorp (OTCMKTS:CCBC), which made a significant new announcement. The company announced yesterday that its board of directors had provided the approval for a 20% stock dividend.

Chino Commercial Bancorp Announces 20% Stock Dividend

The dividend is going to be paid out on July 6, 2023 to all shareholders of record as of June 15, 2023. It is going to be interesting to see if the announcement leads to any major interest in the stock in the days leading up to the record date. It should however be noted that the issuance of the dividend would raise the number of outstanding shares in Chino Commercial by as much as 535360, which will take the total to 3212159.

It would also be the seventh time that the company would be issuing a dividend since 2000. The President and Chief Executive Officer of the company Dann H Bowman spoke about the matter as well. He noted that the Board of Directors was highly pleased with the performance of the bank on the financial front and had hence approved the stock dividend so as to reward the loyal shareholders.
