DrazCanna Inc. (OTC:DZCA) Stock Jumps After a Key Update

Not too long ago, EV Electra announced that it had inked a letter of intent for a reverse merger with DrazCanna Inc. (OTC:DZCA). It may now be a good time to consider taking a closer look into EV Electra and some recent developments pertaining to the company. EV Electra, which is regarded as one of the more innovative companies in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, made a major announcement at a press conference held at the eCarExpo in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The company revealed that it had made a strategic acquisition of the PONS and Emily lines of products as well as other related products from National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS). EV Electra noted that the acquisition was a major landmark for its business since it demonstrated its continued commitment to growth, innovation, and the localization of the production process.

In the news release, it was noted that the acquisitions constituted a ‘monumental step’ for the company. Additionally, it was also described as a strategic evolution in the company’s reverse merger with DrazCanna. The letter of intent signed between the two parties earmarked the specific plans for the reverse merger agreement, which would close at some point in January 2024. Jihad Mohammad, the Chief Executive Officer of EV Electra, spoke at the eCarExpo event.

While revealing the acquisitions, he noted that it also marked a major moment for EV Electra as a company as it geared up to work on the future of the electric vehicle industry. Mohammad also stated that the company was keen to share more details about the acquisition as it continued to inch towards full-scale production at Trollhattan in Sweden. The location would also help EV Electra fully deploy the expertise in place at the facility in question. It would also market a fresh new journey for the PONS and Emily projects.
