Cyber Enviro-Tech Inc. (OTC:CETI) Stock Continues to Fall: What’s the Buzz?

Investors who may be on the lookout for innovative companies could do well to consider tracking Cyber Enviro-Tech Inc. (OTC:CETI), a company involved in the water technology space. It specializes in providing reservoir enhancement processes for the purpose of higher oil production and the remediation of oil wastewater. On December 20, the company came into the news cycle after it provided a positive update with regards to its proprietary neutral pH biocidal CLO2.

The technology had been devised by Cyber Enviro-Tech to get rid of all bacterial loads present in reservoirs without causing any damage to oil equipment. The presence of bacteria leads to plugged reservoirs, damage to the near-bore well, and the emergence of dangerous contaminants. Yesterday, the company announced that the process had managed to create a flow rate boost of around 20% to the injection water tank from the water knockout at its West Texas test field.

In the news release yesterday, Cyber Enviro-Tech noted that the use of its technologies had the potential to reverse the effects of air pollution and lead to higher oil extraction from marginal wells. Simultaneously, the technologies would mitigate the health risks associated with the off-gassing of methane and HS2. The company revealed that in the oil-rich state of Texas, as many as 92% of all wells are in the stripper wells category.

Stripper wells are those that produce a maximum of 15 bbls of oil a day, and 92% work out to 140000 oil wells in total. On a national level, the number of such wells was 75,000,000. The considerable number is a reflection of the health risk that may be caused by such wells. The technologies from Cyber Enviro-Tech would help in the mitigation of such dangers while also helping with the rise in oil production. It remains to be seen if the stock gets any attention today.
