Kaival Brands Innovations Group Inc. (NASDAQ:KAVL) Stock Makes a Big Move: But Why?
If you are looking into stocks that made strong gains yesterday, then it is difficult to look past Kaival Brands Innovations Group Inc. (NASDAQ:KAVL), which ended up with gains of as much as 133% amidst heavy interest.
Delta Corp Holdings Limited, a fast-growing asset-light logistics company, enters into a definitive merger and share exchange agreement with Kaival Brands Innovations Group, Inc.
The company, which is the exclusive distributor of the Bidi Stick and other products from Bidi Vapor LLC in the United States, announced yesterday that it had gone into an exclusive agreement for a merger and share exchange with Delta Corp Holdings Limited. Delta Corp. is a privately held firm that helps global enterprises with commodities, asset management, fuel supply, and bulk and energy logistics.
As per the share exchange and merger agreement, both Kaival Brands Innovations Group and Delta Corp would become fully owned subsidiary units of a holding company that would be created especially to support the new structure. The holding company would be incorporated under the provisions of the Cayman Islands laws.
The transaction could only be closed following the fulfillment of some conditions, and that would include approval of Kaival Brands Innovations Group shareholders. The approval of the listing of Pubco on the NASDAQ Stock Market would also be necessary. It may be a good time to add the Kaival Brands Innovations Group stock to your watch lists.
