Integrated Launcher is involved in the manufacturing and development of platform neutral remote launchers which could be operated autonomously. The remote launchers manufactured by the company are focussed on public safety, defense, private security and maritime shipping sectors. Next Dynamics stated that the acquisition of ILS would provide the company with access to advanced and unique technology related to the remote weapons systems. Those systems could be deployed in combat from land, sea and air platforms.

The weapons systems from Integrated Launcher not only offered lower weight but also higher safety, accuracy and reliability at  much lower costs in comparison to regular support delivery systems. Next Dynamics boasts of new generation ballistics technology and in combination with Integrated Launcher’s customized solutions, security and defense partnerships and experience management, it would be possible for the company to offer a wider range of capabilities.

Following the acquisition, the Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Launcher would be made the President and CEO of Next Dynamics. The present CEO and President of Next Dynamics, Jacob Salk, would transition to the role of Chief Financial Officer and Director.
