Top Wealth Group aimed to close the offering on October 14, 2024 subject to the meeting of the customary closing conditions. The sole placement agent for the offering would be AC Sunshine Securities LLC.
Key Details
The securities that would be part of the private placement would be offered in accordance with the Form F-1 registration statement and had been declared to have been effective by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on September 30, 2024.
The offering would also be made only through a prospectus that had been a part of the registration statement. Additionally, the company also completed the filing of a preliminary prospectus in relation to the offering with the agency. It remains to be seen if the Top Wealth Group stock can maintain its momentum this week or not.
