Aben Resources Closes Amendment to the Slocan Property Option Agreement

The company announced that it had got the much-needed approval from the TSX Venture Exchange with regards to the amendment to the option agreement that had been inked back on November 9, 2021, with Eagle Plains. As per the terms of the agreement, Aben was going to pick up a 100% stake in the Slocan Graphite Property located in Southern British Columbia.

It was a significant new announcement from the company and it is now going to be interesting to see if it leads to any move in the Aben stock over the course of the week or not.

As per the new agreement, the company has also been given an extension on the due date in relation to its first anniversary obligations. The obligations include share issuance, exploration expenditures, and cash payment. All of those had become due by December 31, 2022.
