Adobe Inc. (NASDAQ:ADBE) Introduces AI-Powered Features For Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2021
Adobe Inc. (NASDAQ:ADBE) has added a series of AI-powered features to the 2021 versions of Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements. The new features in the photo and video editing apps employ AI to help users create, organize, edit, and share videos and photos.
2021 Photoshop and Premiere Apps for beginners
The 2021 versions are streamlined versions of Adobe’s Photoshop and Premiere Apps. They have been designed for greenhorns and individuals that don’t need pro-level video and image editing suites. These are standalone products that will not require any form of subscription. Most importantly, the software works on both MacOS and Windows
The Elements line employs Adobe’s AI tech Sensei in adding motion to static photos with Moving Photos, which allows users to create 2D and 3D camera motion animated GIFs. An Adjust Face Tilt option allows users to make photos appear like everyone in the photo is facing the right direction through a change of position of their face. For instance, this is important in family portraits where they may look perfect except with one individual being distracted at a bad time. With Quote Graphics, users can overlay personalized animation or text over the photo.
Adobe having enhanced playback with GPU performance
Also, PremiereElements 2021 has features such as Select-Object that lets users pick an area or object within the video to apply effects tracking throughout the video. Users will equally find 21 new music tracks that they will add to their projects. Adobe has added GPU Accelerated Performance, which allows users to view high-quality playback of the effects added without rendering and permits quick video cropping.
Both Elements offer five new Guided Edits offering steps to follow to help you achieve the video or photo results you want. For Photoshop Elements, the guides include landscapes, duotones, and scaling, moving an object duplication. On the other hand, Premiere Elements offers you the option to choose from animated matte overlays and double exposure videos. With the enhancements, there are now around 83 Guided Edits across the apps.
