Golden Gryphon made a debt claim against Bell Copper for $1,425,844.50. However, Bell Copper has asked the British Columbia Supreme court to dismiss the claim. Fortunately, the two parties decided they would both pay for their litigation before the judge could review the claim.
Bell Copper has stated that it could take about $10,000 to complete the litigation. Moreover, the court will formally dismiss the claim.
Bell Copper in Canada is focused on exploring and acquiring interests in mineral properties. It also explores and identifies copper porphyry in Arizona. The company’s most notable projects are the Big Sandy project and the Perseverance project.
The Perseverance Project in northwest Arizona includes more than 13,000 acres. The Big Sandy project, on the other hand, has mineral tenures of 5733 acres. It is also about 30km away from the Perseverance project.
