Sectoral leader in blockchain, privacy, and cryptography-focused investments, Cypherpunk Holdings Inc (OTCMKTS:KHRIF) (CSE: HODL) on January 25, 2022, announced selling 450,000 ordinary shares of Animoca Brand Corporation Limited. The transaction was done using secondary market trades and the firm got about 1,522 million Canadian dollars. Cypherpunk still has 1.55 million ordinary shares of Animoca Brands.
Jeff Gao Cypherpunk’s Chief Executive Officer expressed delight in making investments in Animoca Brands at a stage when NFTs were at an inflection point.
Gao added that the acquisition was done through an off-market transfer arranged introductions from Executive Chairman as well as the then CEO Tony Guoga.
