DMG Blockchain Solutions (OTCMKTS:DMGGF) Stock Gains Further Momentum: Up 55% in a Week

Publicly traded and vertically integrated blockchain and cryptocurrency company, DMG Blockchain Solutions (OTCMKTS:DMGGF) on August 11, 2021, announced the appointment of Heather Sim as Chief Financial Officer and John Kim as Corporate Secretary. They will be replacing Ryan Cheung, formerly CFO and Corporate Secretary.

A CPA with experience in audit and assisting public companies to navigate market regulations in the US and Canada, Heather Sim has been leading DMG’s public reporting for over two years. The move is a natural progression for Sim. On the other hand, John Kim, with over two decades of experience, started as a securities paralegal at a number of law firms. Kim then moved as corporate secretary to public companies listed on TSX and TSX-V.

Both will join DMG from Vancouver-based ACM Management Inc, an accounting firm providing financial reporting assistance to public companies.DMG’s Chief Executive Officer Sheldon Bennett will be presenting a virtual conference Q3 Investor Summit on August 17-18, 2021. 

Bennett will be delivering a corporate presentation on August 17 at 3:30 pm ET. The management will be available for one-on-one meetings throughout the conference. The summit is an independent and exclusive conference devoted to connecting smallcap and microcap companies with qualified investors.
