GEMZ Corp. (OTC:GMZP) Stock In Focus After Latest Development

On Thursday, GEMZ Corp. (OTC:GMZP) came into focus in the news cycle after its subsidiary unit BadgerBloX Homes Inc. made a significant new announcement. BadgerBloX Homes announced that it would initiate the production process of its highly anticipated first production models at some point in the first fiscal quarter of 2024.

The company is involved in the conversion of shipping containers into versatile and affordable living spaces. Yesterday’s announcement about the upcoming commencement of the production process was a significant one from BadgerBloX Homes and may bring the GEMZ Corp. stock into focus this morning.

The company is committed to providing affordable and accessible housing solutions, and with that in mind, it would introduce three different models. The models would have a 40’ container as the base structure. The three models are classified into Basic, Classic, and Max and would provide potential customers with different options pertaining to price points.

The price points would help in providing individual customers as well as real estate developers with different options. The Basic model to be manufactured by BadgerBloX Homes would provide builder-quality interiors at an affordable rate. If consumers choose to go for the Max variant, then the experience will include higher-level fixtures like tiled bathrooms and stone countertops.

The President of BadgerBloX Homes, Chris Schrubey, spoke about the latest development yesterday. He noted that the progress that had been made by the company over the past months was a demonstration of the dedication of its team and the strength of its strategic relationships. He went on to note that everyone at the company was highly excited at the prospect of getting into the production stage. Other than the models, the company would also offer the possibility of building customized models for customers that may involve more than one container.
