ILUS International Inc (OTCMKTS:ILUS) Gains Momentum: Here is Why

Technology sector mergers and acquisitions focussed company ILUS International Inc (OTCMKTS:ILUS) was in focus among investors yesterday and managed to clock gains of 4% yesterday. The gains in the stock were triggered after ILUS provided an update to the shareholders with regards to its future plans.

In the update, the company noted that it had been successful in completing as many as three acquisitions in 2021 so far. However, that is not all. ILUS might be on track to complete more acquisitions. The company announced that it signed letter of intent for the acquisition of a pair of companies in the United States. In addition to that, it is also locked in talks for other acquisitions.

On the other hand, ILUS also spoke about the current menace caused by wildfires and the possibility of tackling that menace by way of advanced wildfire management strategy that is powered by the latest technology. To that end, the company also noted that there have been a total of 80 wildfires spread across 12 states in the United States and the deployment of wildfire management strategy is paramount. At this point, it might be a good idea to keep the ILUS stock in your watch lists.
