Impact Fusion International (OTC:IFUS) Stock On Watchlist After Latest Update

On April 18, Impact Fusion International (OTC:IFUS) hit the news cycle after it announced that Robert Schmidt III had reached an agreement with the company to join as its Vice President of International Operations. The appointment went into effect immediately.
Additionally, the company provided some important details about its current international activities. It was revealed that as of yesterday, Impact Fusion International was waiting for the delivery of cargo from the Surat area of India that was scheduled to arrive at the port of New York on April 18. The cargo contained harvested bagasse. Eventually, the cargo would be sent over land to the port of New Orleans. Once the company receives the 2200 pounds of harvested bagasse, it will be processed with the company’s Nutri-Mastic proprietary formula. It would then be returned to India for further testing.
The company announced that once the testing commenced, Schmidt and Walther would have a meeting in order to discuss the next course of action in relation to the letter of intent that had been signed with AgriGlow Biotech on December 8, 2023. In the news release, it was noted that Schmidt would work on the development of an action plan based on the calendar of events and would visit India with Walther in order to meet with the representatives of AgriGlow Biotech.
The aim of the meeting would be to decide on the financial commitments and responsibilities of the two parties pertaining to the collaboration. In light of the latest revelations from Impact Fusion International, it could be a good idea for investors to keep an eye on the stock.
