During the annual meeting, Jeong Gyun oh and Akash Bakshi didn’t stand for re-election. The company recently released its full-year 2020 financial results for the period ended December 31, 2021, and offered a corporate update. In addition, Kang said that in December, the company expanded its clinical pipeline with ANA Therapeutics’ acquisition and addition of ANA001, which is a novel oral niclosamide formulation in Phase 2/3 study for moderate to severe coronavirus treatment. So, in the coming months, NRBO is a stock to watch.
