Potomac Bancshares, Inc. Welcomes Michael Huber of Belfort Furniture and Stone Tower Winery to the Board of Directors

Huber is the Founder and CEO of Belfort Furniture, Inc, which is a “National Home Furniture Retailer” and is amongst the Top 100 furniture stores in the United States. The company delivers about 5,000 pieces of furniture weekly to more than 200 homes a day.

Headquartered in Loudoum, Belfort was founded in 1987 and is family-owned. Huber also founded the stylish Stone Tower Winery, located in Loudoun County too. Stone Tower is amongst the most visited wineries in region and listed as INC 5000 Fastest Growing Company in 2018 and 2019.

Dr. Keith Berkeley, Chairman of the Board for PTBS and BCT said that the company is pleased on welcoming Mike to Board of Directors. Berkely added that the experience in making successful business will give deep perspective for strategic oversight. The Chairman also added that the firm is excited on having Mike’s community commitment.

Huber is committed on sustainability and has also championed funding of 4,822 local children to attend YMCA summer camp programs. He has also assisted in raising more than $2.8 million for Virginia Vine “Jimmy V” charity.
