RushNet Inc (OTCMKTS:RSHN) Stock Attempts To Rebound: Now What?
Wholly owned company of RushNet Inc (OTCMKTS:RSHN), Halberd Corp, and heliosDx announced on September 22, 2021, a Scientific Collaboration Agreement for exploring opportunities and synergies mutually beneficial to both the firms.
A key objective will be to develop reliable and accurate diagnostic methods through sharing of technologies and ideas providing the foundation for effective disease management. Halberd has been in search of a technique for providing quick means of testing new diagnostic technologies.
Halberd’s Patricio F. Reyes, MD, a board-certified neurologist & neuropathologist, Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, and Chief Medical Officer of the Retired NFL Players Association has ensured molecules and proteins will augment understanding of common neurologic disorders like Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease as well as traumatic brain injury.
Dr. Reyes said that though similar techniques would be harnessed for the diagnosis of infections and brain tumors, the company expects its unique information to be the foundation for effective treatment strategies. Reyes added that the partnership with heliosDx, a well-established medically and scientifically based company, would be offering novel facilities as well as expertise in collecting and processing of samples for ensuring the validity of collected clinical data.
Ashley Sweat, CEO of heliosDX said that the opportunity to work with Halberd for testing previously identified biomarkers is a huge step for the company to set up a research division. Sweat believes that the synergies provided by the agreement will show a sanguine clinical outcome assisting in patient care and offering a brilliant opportunity for pursuing Current Procedural Terminology.
