Spooz Inc. (OTC:SPZI) Stock Gains Momentum: What’s the Buzz?

There are currently a number of companies that may be worth tracking in light of the latest developments, and one of those is Spooz Inc. (OTC:SPZI). This past Friday, the company’s fully owned subsidiary unit, JP Energy Global PTE LTD, was in the news cycle after it announced the addition of a new member to its board in the form of Daniel Lee. In this situation, it may be a good idea for investors to take a closer look into the credentials of Lee as a board member.

The company announced in its news release that Lee is currently the Chief Executive Officer of CIG International. During his tenure, CIG entered into a partnership with the US Regional Center Group in 2018. Three years later, CIG partnered with the worldwide angel investment group Keiretsu Forum Canada for the purpose of providing start-up venture management and investment. Since it was established, CIG has been successful in raising more than $1 billion in investment funds through its affiliates based in China, the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Taiwan.

Lee spoke about the appointment as well. He noted that he had been drawn to JP Energy Global due to the considerable opportunities it offered and hoped to bring on board major EB-5 operations as majority-owned or fully-owned subsidiaries. In the news release, it was also pointed out that Lee held more than a quarter of a century of experience in the fields of business development and investment consultancy in his chosen domain.

The Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Spooz Inc., John K. Park, spoke about the appointment of Lee as well. He stated that the addition of Lee to the board of directors would be an invaluable one as the company prepared to undertake its current and future growth programs.
