The company announced on November 15 that it had been successful in completing the acquisition of GRP Alliance Limited. GRP had been formed in the form of a limited company in the United Kingdom and had been established for the sole purpose of acquiring the assets of MTAG Composites Limited, which had gone into administration.

MTAG had been established in 2002 and has been involved in providing composites to global entities since then. GRP Alliance would be renamed to Tiderock Composites. More importantly, the acquisition would also help the company in getting the expertise of a leadership team that had been supplying high-quality composites for more than two decades.

Further Details

The company also announced in its news release that over the course of the upcoming weeks GRP Alliance would be rebranded into Tiderock Composites. Following that, the company would work on nurturing and growing the business relationships that have been in place for many years.
