Volt Announces Extension To Agreement With Emerging Markets Consulting, LLC
Despite the extension the terms of the agreement are going to remain largely same. As per the provisions of the agreement, EMC would provide Volt Lithium with investor relations and public relations services. That would also include the arrangement and provisioning related to webcast and electronic media services.
Additionally, EMC would also work on drafting corporate communications and then disseminating it through emails as well as trade shows. In relation to the extension, EMC would be paid $150000 in cash for its services. At this point in time, EMC has no current interests and it would work in the capacity of an arm’s length company. The fee that would be paid to EMC would be paid by Volt Lithium from its general working capital account and would be solely for the services provided.
