Winvest Group Limited (OTC:WNLV) Stock Takes a Hit: Here is Why

One of the companies that generated considerable interest on Wednesday was Winvest Group Limited (OTC:WNLV). The investment holding company, with a varied entertainment and media portfolio, saw its stock down by 33% following a significant new announcement.

Winvest Group Limited Subsidiary IQI Media Unveils the Concept Art and Character Designs for Its Horror Film Billie Black

The company announced that IQI Media, its subsidiary unit, completed and then copyrighted the character designs as well as the concept art for the movie Billie Black by writer-director Nick Reiber. Billie Black was described as a live-action horror film in the news release. The creature concepts had been created by Kathy Hsieh, a Hollywood concept artist with more than a quarter of a century worth of experience.

Additionally, it was also revealed that Limited Liability Company Interests (UNITS) had also been made available in Billie Black Production LLC. A pair of units, worth $400,000 each, had already been picked up, and the manager of the LLC was not looking for buyers for one more unit, worth $200,000, in order to meet the fundraising goal.

Winvest Group is based out of Reno, Nevada, and the company’s shares are presently traded on the OTC Market under the WNLV ticker symbol. The company aims to uplist on the NASDAQ in the near future. It could be a good move to add the stock to your watch lists.

Key Quote

“We decided to release the silhouetted creature concepts for Billie Black as part of our early awareness-building campaign,” said executive producer Khiow Hui Lim (Alien Code). “This type of ‘First Look’ promotion can be an intriguing teaser while also enabling us to conduct social advertising and A/B testing with our target audience, which includes horror movie fans and young adults between the ages of 22 and 40. When it comes to original content, we believe it’s critical to start engaging with your audience as soon as possible.”
